Greater Chicago Area

Helped to align the Sears Athletic footwear business with Sears consumers. Built new categories of business to address consumer needs and helped to establish even stronger relationships with national branded partners.

Aided in the launch of the Children's Direct footwear business, managed multiple footwear categories for the Sears Holdings Corporation, and most recently worked to develop, purchase and manage the branded athletic business for the corporation.

Purchased and managed multiple women's footwear categories for the corporation, including the Women's and Children's Lands' End footwear business.

Aided in the initial launch of the Payless Shoesource International business, specifically across Latin America. Following my international experience, I returned domestically to help launch and manage the company's brand expansion, specifically Airwalk and Champion Footwear.
