Manage all aspects of field payroll, patient/client billing and collections for operations, including but not limited to performing the payroll/billing function, ensuring timely payment, collections and follow up. This includes constant communication on any claims that are denied incorrectly by utilizing a template process via SharePoint. Daily involvement with fielding staff questions, and productivity management. Work with all staff on development plans by having weekly 1:1’s and maintaining updates on performance logs. Lead weekly calls with the Hyderabad, India staff to communicate any reconciliation concerns, along with updating the onshore team with any training needs. Prepare and Lead the weekly discussion topics for the Medical Billing Supervisor meeting. Discussion revolves around working as a team to resolve any training concerns, and discuss communication updates between both departments.

Managed a team to build and organize a Customer Care Center that formed at Apria for the Mid-South Region. Responsible for approximately 75-100 employees taking inbound calls from roughly 125 locations. Assisted all employees in the Customer Care Center with the correct process flow, and the $135 million+ revenue that flowed through the Center on a daily basis.Provided floor support training with all employees, along with phone etiquette and communication style, to ensure the best customer service experience for customers. Supervised staff for all locations that were centralized into the new Center, ranging between 450-600 employees. Monitored daily reports and phone calls, and elevated up to the Manager or Vice President, as applicable. Responsible for the N.I.C.E. system, which evaluated and recorded all calls. Assisted with Work Force Management. Assisted and trained all management staff on how to utilize and access the AVAYA phone system. Also Managed the Enteral Nutrition Center - Ranging from overseeing all incoming calls of approx.600-700 a day for eighteen locations across the Plains Region. Responsible for maintaining department financial reports that consisted of $12.2 million of the company’s revenue for the enteral services provided. Elevated weekly to the Division VP and Area Operations Manager on financials and weekly refill expectations. Helped maintain the team’s morale and confidence to succeed, along with individual and yearly performance. Accountable for meeting monthly goals, focusing on the refill rate of our patients’ supplies and equipment. Collaborated with the regional Dietitian to identify education needs of branches and accounts to provide quality patient service, and for marketing of the Enteral Program.First year at Apria I was a DME Collector over all Medicaid plans and Medicare into Lead Collector and then Collections Supervisor and on to Manager. Worked on Acquisition team traveling and auditing me companies purchased.
