>Over the past two years, responsible for selecting new HRIS/Payroll system (Workday), providing insight as a Business Process Owner for Onboarding, while also providing guidance and knowledge as a Subject Matter Expert for Core HR, Job Architecture, Compensation, Change Champion, and Training Lead.>Leads a team of HR Generalists to continue to provide the best customer experience for leadership and team members>Manages Performance Evaluations within current system>Trains new leaders on functionality, SBI model and best practices>Audits Quarterly Reviews to ensure timely completion>Manages Recruiting Module within current ATS system>Provides guidance as Subject Matter Expert for HRIS portal regarding positions, codes, general ledger codes, levels, compensation levels, etc. for VMF/HFA data in current system>Participates in and oversees the provision of technical and operational support/advice for the technology and systems deployed to support the business>Liaison between business and HRIS to provide project management techniques in order to enhance the business. Participates with management on program and process design to include training. >Trains new leaders on functionality of current system >Provides insight to leadership on reporting structure, bonuses, positions, etc. >Oversees compensation including analyzing job duties, writing job descriptions, performing job evaluations and analysis>Provides support for Compensation team by compiling data and working with leaders and team on job descriptions, level assessments, and salary options for new and existing positions>Partners with VP of HR in all aspects of HR >Partners with leadership regarding company policies and procedures and assists as needed including but not limited to team member issues, corrective action, and separation>Coaches' leadership and team members to resolve conflicts, enhance team effectiveness, and ensure support of organizational changes and business plans

• Responsible for “hands-on” day to day management of the transactional service delivery of operational support functions within multiple HR systems:o Manage the computerized flow of information and reports surrounding organizational needs and functions.o Manage Performance Reviews within Cornerstone system: Creating and maintaining system maintenance Training new managers on functionality, SBI model and best practices Auditing Quarterly Reviews to ensure timely completiono Manage Recruiting Module within Cornerstone ATS system: Creating and maintaining system maintenance Training on updates and workflow Updating and maintaining functionality and data content for all positions within VMF/HFAo Subject Matter Expert for new HRIS portal regarding positions, codes, general ledger codes, levels, compensation levels, etc. for VMF/HFA data.o Liaison between business and HRIS to provide project management techniques in order to enhance the business. Participates with management on program and process design. o Manage Team Member Engagement survey to include facilitating and reporting on updates and trends provided by the survey within the Qualtrics system.o Manage transactions within VMF/HFA to include: Training new managers on functionality of LINK system  Providing insight to leadership on reporting structure, bonuses, positions, etc.  Collaborating with managers on department and position updates along with best practices on implementation.o Provides support for Compensation team by compiling data and working with managers and team on job descriptions, level assessments, and salary options for new and existing positions.o Partnering with leadership regarding company policies and procedures.Also, partner with leaders and team members regarding team member issues, corrective action and separation.• Maintain HR policies and regulations by working with Legal on LO Compensation.

>Partners with the various departments in VMF and IT to review, evaluate and implement policy and procedural changes to meet state, federal, and/or local jurisdictional laws and procedures. >Provides direction and assistance in accordance with the Company's policies, procedures and applicable laws; supports the day-to-day operations of the department.>Maintains and updates all job postings and descriptions for VMF/GSO.>Maintains accurate documentation and records for all team member matters.>Assists with orientation of new hires, development and training.>Conducts exit interviews and generates reports on results, trends and other relevant information.>Enforces compliance with HR policies and legal regulations.
