I managed all the disciplines and data regarding disciplines. I also managed the Take Two school wide initiative and Band Together school wide initiative. The Take Two initiative is a mentor program for teachers mentoring students. I collected data to disaggregate if the program is effective. The Band Together initiative is a program that encourages students to stay discipline free and receive C's or better on their report cards. I collected data regarding disciplines, grades and attendance and presented that data to the School Based Leadership Team and to the Student Advisory Council. I also assisted in any managerial duties that were assigned by the assistant principal and/or prinicipal.

I was a 6th grade math teacher for four years. I created lesson plans, differentiated learning for my students, completed professional development trainings, conducted 6th grade math meetings, created common assessments for all 6th grade math classes, collected data regarding the common assessments and disaggregated the data to create interventions for students.
