I have worn many hats over the years, including teller, Personal Banker, Financial Crimes specialist, Professional Banking, Store Manager, and most recently Retail Banking Instructor. I absolutely love providing the best service to my customers! They are the reason I come to work every day. I also enjoy learning and staying updated on changes in the industry. I am somewhat competitive and have received many accolades over the years for exceeding sales goals, including an all expense paid trip to Hawaii in 2005 for being in the top 2% at a very large bank. I don't even like to call it sales as it is really all about finding solutions for my customers by peeling back layers and discovering what their current needs are as well as what their future needs may be. I also really enjoy training new and current employees so that they can become their best selves and watching them grow into what they want to be.
