Payroll for the company. Reconciliation reports to make sure we received payment for all products sold and installed. Probation report to help keep company from losing money on potential customer cancellations. Sent all daily reports out to companies that needed to be kept informed. Set up and prepared for company meetings and outings. Worked with Security, checking home ownership. Checked over all orders sold for each product, confirmed the orders with customers, and scheduled them. Did scheduling for Technicians and closed orders out when completed. Did follow up calls after installations.
