As NDP’s consulting transition coordinator, I work closely with clients and am often the first point of contact with potential buyers and sellers. I am an integral member of the team who helps bring the many pieces of a transition together from start to finish. I have worked in the dental industry for over 20 years and although Ortho has always been my passion and where I spent most of my career; I remain grateful for my experience working in both orthodontic and general practices as a lead orthodontic assistant, orthodontic trainer, treatment coordinator and office manager.The dental field is my heart and passion and always has been and although I’m no longer working within practice,.. I love that I’m still helping dental professionals. It’s rewarding to be a valuable resource and connection for our clients in various stages of their career, to experience their excitement for their transition and to educate them on the intricacies of each transition phase. I love cultivating relationships with our clients and playing a role in helping them get closer to achieving their goals.
