• Duties and Responsibilities: Act as a main point of contact for MVP participants through text, emails, phone calls, zoom and in-person meetings. • Provide guidance , resources, accommodations and messaging to target audiences including, but not limited to combat veterans, military, professional athletes, professional gamers, volunteers, families and community partners. • Be proficient on digital applications and systems, fulfill weekly chapter data collection, administration member surveys, update membership information, assist in fulfilling grant requirement and reports• Work closely with the Program Manager to endure effectiveness and timeliness of weekly programming, activities and communication.• Assist in implementing and supporting the MVP program including but not limited to: MVP weekly programming, community service and social events • Lead the weekly workouts. Creating a fun, team building atmosphere of autonomy and belonging. Create a collective workout to play to all members strengths and special needs arrangements. • Support outreach initiatives to reach target audiences, improve engagement, supports stewardship programs, and key local and national resources with measurable results. • Cultivate and strengthen partnerships with other Veteran Services Organizations (VSO’s), athlete resources, and local and national stakeholders to enhance to MVP program experiences
