Process and upload invoices daily. Process weekly payments by credit card, ACH and check. Reporteddirectly to the Controller and worked with him on reconciling the Credit Card payments and ensuringall invoices were approved correctly before processing. Met weekly with the CFO on which payments toprocess and ensured statements were researched and all accounts were current. Worked with the Facilities team in Service Channel and Fixxbook and helped repair and maintenancevendors with insurance coverage, correcting work orders and completing the invoicing process forpayment.

Process all invoices for every store location and corporate office. Make sure all invoices for domestic inventory, property leases, utilities and maintenance have correct approval and are paid on time. Analyze all rent and utilities for accuracy and analyze inventory invoices to ensure all are in system before each monthly close. Work with Finance Director and provide sales numbers to all district and regional managers

My responsibilities include ensuring all invoices are processed correctly and in a timely manner. Importing all invoices to our payment team and following up with all markets and vendors to ensure all accounts are current. I ensure each month the payables team completes all invoices received and assist in processing when needed.I also keep the PO report current and have assisted with processing 1099's at year end.As the Lead, I work with the markets and the vendors when any issues arise and help find solutions.

As a florist, I worked with the customers and designed arrangements per their requests. I worked with the other employees in the shops during holidays to ensure all orders were filled in a timely manner and as requested. I was also able to design for weddings, funerals and large conventions.
