• Certified SAP Project Management Associate • Certified SAP SD Application • Implementation Lead for the OTC Workstream to support ERP Solutions• Use process mapping, lean and continuous improvement to model complex business processes and drive process improvements • Prepare functional specifications and complete configuration ensuring that all business requirements are captured and appropriate functionality will be delivered to the business• Actively champion change communication to the PS business area • Work with business and support team to ensure timely issue resolution and support sustaining activities across all business units • Provide communication to senior leadership, stakeholders and project teams• Act as Primary Point of Contact to the business for OTC Phase 3 deliverables • Use Project Management skills to manage (CIC) Interaction Center and eCommerce Gulfstream Hybris platform implementation• Actively coordinate with PS business, IT and ERP to strategize technology requirements
