In a remote-first organization, I’m dedicated to building strong HR foundations that keep our workforce supported and connected. As the first point of HR contact, I handle employee requests with care and clarity, manage our HRIS system to keep employee information current, and assist in conducting weekly new hire orientations to ensure a welcoming and smooth onboarding experience.I support benefits administration by guiding enrollments, facilitating open enrollment, and addressing employee questions. I also partner with IT during offboarding, oversee leave processes, and help prioritize special projects as needed. In collaboration with our HR team, I assist with audits, prepare compliance documentation, and facilitate new hire feedback, taking every opportunity to learn and enhance my skills in employee relations and compliance.Building strong relationships across departments is central to my role; I prioritize clear, timely communication to foster trust and efficiency. I support payroll processing, monitor PTO balances for policy compliance, and respond promptly to HR inquiries. Additionally, I assist HR leadership with employee relations by guiding managers and handling personnel actions like compensation adjustments, transfers, and terminations.
