When I was student lead, I was in charge of a staff of twenty students at a time. I was then promoted to Student supervisor where I was in charge of Managing the staff and restaurant I had many duties, I did the hiring, training and scheduling for almost 200 students for four establishments. I managed all the staff, I pride myself with my ability to communicate well with customer, peers, and managers.
