· Monitor Billers and manage Accounts Receivable and Billing for six different companies· Data Entry of daily reports from field employees· Code, post, and process invoices for customers· Create and code monthly accruals for job that are not yet completed· Create month end financial statement workpapers for three different companies and balance to general ledger· Manage Accounts Receivable filing system· Deposit and process checks received through Remote Deposit on Whitney and Iberia Bank websites· Process Accounts Receivable and miscellaneous payments received by all companies· Manage Accounts Receivable collections for four different companies· Gather required monthly statistics for billing· Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and year end reports· Prepare and Process Sales & Use Tax forms and payments for multiple states· Prepare and calculate monthly bonuses for payroll

· Oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll· Manage General Leger, making journal entries as needed· Manage and Balance Checking Accounts, making entries as needed· Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable entries as necessary· Create monthly, quarterly, and year end reports· Manage Accounts Receivable Collections on past-due accounts· Answer Multi-line phone systems· Manage Filing Systems· Manage Petty Cash· Monitor Job Costing· Complete take-offs, running of circuits, and final extensions of electrical projects for bidding
