Responsible for providing information to the public on specific and assigned men's and women's intercollegiate athletics programs, while assisting with public relations activities within intercollegiate athletics, and served as a liaison between intercollegiate athletics and the media as required, assisted to develop and maintain an effective presence with web and social media, assisted in the development of departmental policies and the administration of office functions, and supervised routine internal administrative management functions within the Athletics Communications Office.

Responsible for facilitating and planning of all Little Rock Marathon Events including the Little Rock Marathon Weekend, Creep ‘N Crawl, Ugly Sweater Race, Mud Run, LRM Events Summit and other events; Director of the Little Rock Expo – assists in Expo layout and communication with vendors to make sure set-up goes smoothly, solicits new vendors for Expo as well as works with current vendors with set-up, tear down, and all aspects during the Expo; Director of Community Relations – oversees all volunteers for all Little Rock Marathon Events, works with Committee Members to engage with the Community through volunteer work; Assist with social media planning and execution; Travels with Little Rock Marathon to varies events to promote the Little Rock Marathon as well as oversees all travel; Other duties as assigned including overseeing VIP Perks for Marathon Weekend.

Responsible for soliciting new catering and event business as well as cultivating existing business; Generate leads through cold calls, outside sales calls, and networking; Plan and assist with facilitation and execution of events from signing of the contract, menu planning and menu tastings, event orders, pre-conference meetings, event checks, and post-event meetings; Focus on specific market segments of medical, banking, sports, galas, and Holiday parties as well as other markets as needed.
