I have worked at State Farm for 18 years in a wide variety of roles. These experiences have primarily been claims related knowledge including Auto, Fire, Subrogation, Workers' Compensation, Injury, and Complex Litigation. The majority of my experience is in claim handling. During this time I became a highly effective claims associate with excellent negotiation skills enabling claims resolution to the satisfaction of all parties involved. Recognized as a self-motivated, high producing performer with a strong work ethic. My current role is as a Technician serving Enterprise business partners in an administrative service function. In this role I respond to partners technology needs including computers and telephones, work with logistics vendors in coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, operate Pitney-Bowes mail meters and large-scale inserting machines, monitored building maintenance requests, utilize software programs for accountable mail and postage budgeting, and completed high volume, complex print work.
