-Management responsibilities included identifying, analyzing and resolving workflow problems within the office (i.e., title processing issues, office equipment issues, general accounts payable issues).-Reconciled two bank accounts for the company monthly, matched with the general ledger daily. -Accounts payables – open and assign new vendor accounts, coded the general leger and processed vendor invoice payments, ran schedules to check past due balances.-Led initiative to switch vendors over to ACH payments for all payable accounts that participated.-Accounts receivable- Organized and maintained all accounts receivable active files, responsible for logging all receivables and keeping an accurate aging report. -Used software application PBS to record cash postings related to bank statements, accounts payable processing for check processing, posted cash and closed deposits for incoming receivables for various departments in the dealership.-ACH payments were paid through the banking platform and manually posted to a clearing account in PBS.-Responsible for contacting PBS helpdesk if any software application issues occurred.-Oversaw title clerk on processing title work for customers. -Performed HR duties such as on boarding new employees.
