I am a native of Tampa FL and have lived in Asheville, NC since 1986. Brandy started with RSI Vacations in 2008 and opened a company with Husband, Ben West in 2012.I have over 17 years of Senior Management Experience and am used to making lots of quick decision with both Members and Company in Mind. In 2015 I was promoted to Executive Director of Operations of RSI Vacations and am responsible for the daily Operation of Front line and Travel Department as well as assisting with Marketing and Leasing decisions.My strong background and focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction has led her to a number of different roles in her 10 years with RSI Vacations. I live in beautiful Western North Carolina with her husband Ben who she has been able to grow with for over 23 years. They have one child, Ty who is 17 and is a senior in High School. Brandy enjoys hiking and spending time on the lake and with her family.
