*Facilitates EHS/Facility program objectives completion in compliance with local, state, andfederal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and environmental rules andregulations such as Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Toxic Substances ControlAgency (TSCA), and the Clean Water Act (CWA).*Supports the Corporate and Platform EHS program and direction; maintains and submits reportsas required.*Acts as the EHS/Facility representative for the Business Continuity Plan/Disaster Recovery*Participates in EHS/Facility budget preparation and tracking; establishing and monitoringprogress toward company goals.*Plans, implements and trains site personnel on various EHS/Regulatory policies and programs,including, but not limited to safety practices, fire prevention, hazard communication, personalprotective equipment, regulations and standards, and incident investigation.*Conducts facility inspections to detect existing or potential accident, environmental and healthhazards, determines corrective or preventive EHS/Facilities measures where indicated, andfollows up to ensure measures have been implemented.*Leads the investigation of incidents and injuries; cooperates in the preparation of material andevidence for organization use in hearings, lawsuits, and insurance investigations.*Observes Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and established safety policies.

* Responsible for all aspects of environmental health and safety, and related regulatory compliance, at the Sabine Cogen facility. * Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations and permits under OSHA, EPA, State Pollution Control Agency, Department of Energy, and Public Utilities Commission of Texas. * Ensures all required compliance audits are performed, gaps are communicated and deficiency plans are developed and implemented. * Ensures training systems provide proper platform to promote ever increasing standards for safe work execution. * Coordinates facility’s Management of Change process to ensure that EH&S areas are addressed.* Leads accident investigations using Think Reliability, Cause Mapping I&II techniques.* Supervises the facility’s Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Leadership Team to implement changes that increase performance in all EH&S areas.

* Manages daily administrative operations of the office including establishing work priorities and assist in resolving problems related to the day-to-day operations of the business.* Performs plant accounting functions, compiles and creates budgetary and accounting reports and coordinates the completion of the monthly executive reports.* Provides administrative assistance and support to the Operations & Maintenance Management, Compliance Management and Facility Management, including project planning, special projects and other day-to-day functions as necessary. * Responsible for the management of the facility’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Process Intelligence System (PI), to include database administration, preventative maintenance schedules, and reporting. * Responsible for facility warehouse and inventory to include all MRO functions and coordination of periodic cycle counts. * Responsible for the creation and implementation of the facility documentation and control system and procedures. * Provides IT support for the facility and manages the third party IT contract provider. Responsible for IT infrastructure backup and recovery procedures. * Chairperson of the facility’s Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Leadership Team.
