Assisted a pharmaceutical industry client with its first sustainability report, and have provided ongoing services for three reporting cycles. Services include materiality analysis, selection of sustainability reporting aspects and indicators, content development, and management of the report production process. Worked closely with the client to attain the selected level of GRI conformance each year and meet the client’s investor information needs.Task Lead, Professional Office Park LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations and Management Certification, San Juan, Puerto Rico, 2011-2012. Led recycling and green cleaning aspects of the application for certification under U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED Existing Buildings—Operation and Maintenance for four of five existing commercial buildings.
