• Work with internal and external consultants to develop and deploy a global training management system
• System Administrator for software and data issues
• Manage system upgrades
• Maintain data integrity

• Current job responsibilities include:
• Scheduling training courses and coordinate travel logistics for Noble employees
• Reconcile payments for training and travel logistics
• Process, update and issue documentation required for professional licenses and certifications
• Work closely with rig based Safety Training Supervisors and shore based management to track renewals and re-certifications for all Divisional personnel
• Input, manage and report on data in companywide training management software system (Skills XP)
