Charged with partnering with the Marketing Center of Excellence, the line of business marketing teams, and finance to kick off a transformation roadmap to simplify the Marketing Operating Model. Responsible for leading the design and deployment of measurement for process improvement work, operational metrics, and day-to-day operational data governance, serving as the link between transformational work and BAU operational health. Accountable for delivering a strategic reporting and analytics roadmap for operational metrics, partnering with the Marketing Ops Transformation Team, Data & Analytics, and the CMPM product team to align the appropriate resources needed to deliver.

● Head of the Legal Leap Program (an internal mobility and short term flex assignment program). Responsible for development and execution of program priorities and deliverables.● Responsible for development of the Legal CFO People Agenda as well as direct leadership and management of 7 People Agenda Champions. ● Drive wide range of operational, strategic and project management support to multiple initiatives including: Investing in You, Senior Leadership Conference Planning and Legal Lessons Learned.● Business Management support on budgeting and forecasting spend, agenda setting for management meetings and coordination and leadership of Town Hall meetings for Legal.
