Serve as a spokesperson for Cincinnati Metro. Responsible for managing media relations, including news release writing, assisting with crisis communications, photo-ops and news conferences.

Responsible for communicating to Metro's 850 employees through newsletters and video, and developing and implementing our organizational internal strategic plan. Additionally, I am responsible for coordinating special events, fundraising campaigns, photography and video production, implementing diversity activities, assisting with safety and security and wellness initatives, as well as overseeing community outreach and serving as an ambassador on several community councils.

Conducted public relations efforts including, news release, feature article, newsletters and customer case study, media relations and advising for several technology, financial and health product clients.

Promoted the Clean Air and Ridershare programs, and engaged in community outreach, media relations, event planning, speech writing, and contributed articles to local media outets.

Assisted the Over-the-Rhine Chamber of Commerce promote economic vitality and foster a socially and culturally diverse community by writing news releases, producing the monthly newsletter, planning monthly business luncheons, and putting together the annual meeting and quarterly speaker series. I also assisted with membership recruitment, billing and networking.

Wrote the ARC newsletter, which highlighted families with children with developmental disabilities, listed upcoming events and activities and discusses laws and issues pertaining to those with develpmental disabilities. Wrote and distributed news releases and helped plan special events to raise awareness and funds around the cause.

Helped plan the annual Cornhole Fest fundraiser, media relations and increasing awareness about the Building Value program, which benefited individuals with disabilities.
