Previous and current employments have polished by customer service skills through being patient when troubles arise, accommodating, and dedicated to my work. Some of my work included housekeeping, where I successfully maintained guest rooms and made sure guests felt like they were the first people to enter the room. During my time as a housekeeper, I was also trained to inspect the rooms, where I managed a group of housekeepers and made sure they fulfilled their daily duties. This job truly was about multitasking as I stocked the inventory, inspected every room, and even helped the other housekeepers.I transitioned to front desk clerk at the same hotel where I learned how to make, modify, and cancel guest reservations. I was trained on all three shifts, but worked the full time third shift and act as the Night Auditor for 9 months. In February 2020, I relocated to Virginia from North Carolina and worked full time as a cashier at Kool Bins. From July 2021 until 2022, I was a self-employed DoorDash driver while taking extracurricular classes.
