Throughout my career, I've effectively partnered with leadership teams to align business goals to initiatives, processes, action plans and technology solutions. I add value with my expertise in co-active coaching, process optimization, change management and technology implementation, coupled with the ability to evaluate complex situations and identify opportunities, areas of concern and establish viable solutions to maximize use of time, resources and performance. I'm very proud to be originally from Akron, OH where I started my professional career as an INROADS intern at the consulting firm Marsh and McClennan. From there, I worked in a variety of industries in both generalist and specialized roles with increasing responsibility in global, national and regional teams such as Latin America.I have a very diverse skill set. I have led and managed teams and direct reports in different areas of expertise, along with a variety of projects and initiatives enterprise-wide and area specific.I'm passionate about human potential, growth and learning. I hold a B.S degree and double majored in HR and Management Information Systems with a minor in General Management. I studied Human Psychology at Robbins Research (Tony Robbins). I am a co-active coach and hold the following certifications: NLP Practitioner, SPHR, DDI Targeted Selection Administrator, Human Capital Strategist and Voices 360 Feedback.
