I have demonstrated success in handling multiple teams with diverse responsibilities, while simultaneously and successfully implementing business solutions that add value to internal and external customers. I have an excellent understanding of how to utilize technology to provide solutions that meet requirements of the business. I have gained significant experience in developing participant engagement and gaining consensus between conflicting parties. I have continually prioritized initiatives, led projects, and interacted with customers in order to solve problems and implement meaningful solutions. I have learned the challenges and best practices of solution implementation through leading software conversion projects. I gained experience leading and developing employees through my role as a team lead and then eventually as a manager. I believe in employee empowerment and have a strong desire to be in a results-oriented environment where employees are encouraged to think outside of the box and to challenge the status quo with new ideas.
