Although the total project lasted 6 weeks total, that included time to gather requirements from the client, demonstrate the brand new org to our client, and train new Salesforce users. Brandy excelled from the beginning by immediately getting our team organized. Her attention to detail is second to none. The first thing we did was create our Solution Document in a shareable spreadsheet with the team. Brandy took it a step further and created columns for our notes from when we met with the client and ensured this document was ordered properly so we could all be successful. She also added tabs to the worksheet that outlined the Security requirements that we would need to fulfill for this org and another tab that outlined which requirements overlapped with others and which were dependent on requirements being completed first. Brandy was also instrumental in helping create our Lucid Charts for the Schema of how all our objects were laid out and the relationships between these objects including the custom objects. She was able to create all the fields for our Member (Contact) object and ensure that all fields were given the correct data types and lookedup to the correct parent objects. Then she even created dummy data to ensure we had records to "play with"to test our validation rules, flows and more. This was incredibly helpful to the team to help our org become more robust and enabled an easy flow for us to complete these requirements. The flows she created were very complex and she was able to create them effortlessly. Her validation rules worked and helped the team so we could demonstrate them to our client. She also created other documents that helped us in so many other ways to understand the dependencies, order of operations, and how to tackle this beast of a project in such a short amount of time. Brandy is an incredibly organized person who is gifted with handling details. She is a born leader who stepped up many times to lead the team in the proper direction to ensure we completed our tasks. Her sense of humor made the whole experience very enjoyable. Even though she had many challenges to overcome during this 6 week project including traveling a few weekends, she ALWAYS had her work complete. Our team never lost a beat since she was always so organized and such a hard worker. Brandy was an incredible asset to our team and any company would be incredibly lucky to have her on their team!
