My name is Brandyn M. Catron, and I am a highly self motivated, results driven Healthcare IT and operations specialist who possesses a passion for technology and healthcare assistance! I lead a team of coordinators who specialize in optimizing EPIC systems dashboards for end-user functionability as the first line of defense for IT issues in patient relations. These dashboards are utilized for patient transport and EVS services across multiple accounts at hospitals across the US. Once these dashboards are configured, they become an automated process and a systematic liaison tool between service employees and hospital staffing, ensuring timely and quality patient care. These KPI metrics are reported at the end of every periodical shift interval on newly built spreadsheets and communicated to the proper authorities.
