I am an ICF certified ACTP leadership coach who helps individuals identify and achieve their goals.I lead the internal communications and employee engagement function, working directly with the c-suite to plan and execute quarterly global town halls, develop and deliver strategic and key communications, and employee education programs and workshops. I have led employee political advocacy efforts for several large organizations, raising millions for PACs and developing political communication and engagement plans for thousands of employees.
