Arkansas Freedom Fund is dedicated to preventing veteran suicide by promoting health and wellness through outdoor activities. We provide programs for Arkansas veterans including specialized bicycles for disabled veterans, beekeeping equipment, hunting and fishing opportunities, gym memberships, martial arts training, and scholarships for outdoor activities like camping, hiking, and gardening. By reconnecting veterans with the freedom of the outdoors, we aim to improve their physical and mental well-being. I play a crucial role in leading the day-to-day operations of Arkansas Freedom Fund. This role involves overseeing the execution of the organization’s mission, managing programs, and ensuring operational efficiency.

• Managed a portfolio of 745 residential properties, ensuring timely rent collection, lease renewals, and maintenance request completion.• Participation in roll-out, management, and creating SOPs for Center of Excellence (COE) quality assurance program. • Conducted market research and analysis to set competitive rental rates and attract new tenants.• Maintained strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and vendors to ensure efficient property management.• Managed takeover and transition of property managers ensuring compliance with laws and corporate standards.• Prepared and presented financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting property performance and areas for improvement.• Coordinated with legal counsel on tenant disputes and eviction proceedings.
