As Showroom Manager with CAI Designs I have the pleasure of leading a strong, creatively driven sales and support team. This includes full responsibility for the day to day running of the showroom to ensure that it is visually merchandised to an excellent standard and to ensure that the highest levels of Customer Service is given at all times.

Welcoming and guiding customers through the showroom, along with responding to questions and demonstrating products. Providing additional showroom material to customers and scheduling appointments. Determining products, styles, colors, and other materials and providing price estimates. Developing showroom network connections by making sales calls, attending association meetings, and following up with vendor leads.Sales with clients, catalog updates with vendors, and vignette staging on sales floor. Assist showroom customers in selections and purchases in a manner that maintains long term relationships with Interior Designers.Ensure compliance with all showroom policies and procedures; maintain a clean and attractive showroom appearance that would enhance sales, merchandise showroom to optimize the CAI look and feel.

Assist Kitchen Designers in material selection, space planning solutions, and other FF&E. Assist in client presentation of materials and drawings, review final design, materials list and cost of product. Verify drawings and orders for accuracy and completeness for purchasing. Project manage and coordination with contracts till project completion.Create accurate client estimates, invoicing, contract summary, and product specification sheets.Work with a Design Engineer and Designers to create custom tile layouts and space planning for secondary locations in the home.

Created process and implemented conversion for traditional learning content into online interactive e-learning content utilizing Microsoft and Adobe products.

Space Plans: Development of space plans, pricing plans, FF&E selection, and specifications of products and materials.
