I am an alumni from Michigan State University with a bachelors degree in Communications . I have a passion for people and their overall well being. Administrative Assistance is very important to me, so it's always my goal to make sure the customers and executives I support are happy and satisfied. My previous employment has provided me with valuable skills such as Microsoft Excel experience, Leadership experience, and many more. As well as, the opportunity to learn new things about how to grow as an individual.Throughout the course of my career, I have honed my abilities in data entry and form documentation. I am an astute problem-solver capable of prioritizing and managing complex projects with proficiency.In my previous role, I exercised skills in customer service, communication and account management and consistently contributed to team efforts and organizational improvements. I am open-minded and focused on new developments in my field. I have proven to be effective and motivational, with successful results in attention to detail, critical thinking, collaborative work, and meeting deadlines. I also enjoy brainstorming and coordinating efforts to achieve a common goal. I will bring a presence of expertise and professionalism in whatever environments I am welcomed.
