Design all wired and wireless network infrastructure for new warehouses. Configure and troubleshoot wireless infrastructure daily for our 30+ locations. Evaluate and implement new wireless technology. Maintain network connectivity to all locations and data centers.

• Lead projects for a wide array of clients from 10 network devices to over 5,000 devices in a variety of fields such as Medical, Education, Religious, Non-profit, Legal, Government and more.• Design, configure, document and maintain client LAN/WAN/WLAN networks. This includes managing infrastructure planning, build out, equipment installation, server room implementation, and troubleshooting. • Design client server rooms and network closets including creating diagrams in Visio, building BOM, coordinating with Architects, Electricians and General Contractor. Specify all equipment racks, cable management, conduits, electrical power, battery backup and climate controls. Oversee structured cabling and rack installation as well as server room and IDF construction.• Plan, configure, troubleshoot and maintain customer routers, switches, firewalls, internet connectivity and site to site communications including point to point T1s, VPN, MPLS, Fiber, Wireless and voice communications.• Provide Level 3 technical support to client IT Directors and technical staff who need assistance deploying networks and servers.• Investigate client security breaches and remediate issues.• Manage multiple large projects while maintaining client support with day-to-day and critical issues.• Performed over 100 voice and data services cutovers using T1, PRI, VOIP Trunks, DSL, EoC, Fiber and MPLS with various carriers .• Configure and maintain Sonicwall client firewalls including VPN, routing, Failover, Content Filtering, and Packet Monitor.• Maintain security, documentation, audits and best practices in all areas. Abide by standards for the client’s industry such as HIPAA, HITECH and PCI.• Install, configure and maintain client servers including Unix/Windows Web Servers, Unix/Windows Phone Systems and Voicemail, Exchange Servers, Windows File Servers, Windows Terminal Servers, Windows Video Surveillance Recording Servers, Windows DHCP/DNS and Network Monitoring Servers.
