Kiteloop is a kite center in Montenegro where sport is the main focus. However, seeing that sport had grown rapidly in popularity we took advantage of the opportunity to grow in hospitality. There was a bar that was open from the start but not developed enough to meet the customer's expectations and that was a really challenging project because it was a race against time and it involved coping with increasing demands every year. The place achieved massive popularity thanks to my team and my personal engagement. This project allowed me to gain considerable experience and skills in resolving problems, leading a team, purchasing, stock control, implementing new ideas, and constantly improving service, health and safety at work, communication, budget managing, accounting, events planning, and business development.

I started a large project which involved opening a new pub and effective organization. After 7 months of hard work, the project ended successfully and the pub was run properly and efficiently.
