- Overall ERP management, administration and user training - Researched, implemented and organized maintenance of management systems according to ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO17025, ISO18000, ISO22000, BRC, IFS food, IFS Logistics and other related standards and legislations (in the company and associated manufacturing subsidiaries and production lines)- In the role of Lead Auditor, carried out internal audit of relevant ISO standards compliance in preparation of the subsequent external audit. The external audit was handled by a Dutch based certification house. All resulting issued certificates were ranked as high-level- Consulting associated manufacturing firms for audit according to standard ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO22000, BRC, IFS Logistics, IFS Food for third-party audit of large retail chains and other business partners (Metro, Maxi, Solana Tuzla, Soda Lukavac)- Wrote ISO compliance training manuals and oversaw the training sessions in relevant departments- Internal project management - Monitoring business processes, identification of their interdependence and critical points- Was responsible for preparation of offers for public tenders Team Leader in quality management and public procurement office
