I'm a disruptive personality and proud of it, I just can't help thinking about ways to make things better (all kinds of things, all the time).I might find too many things that need improvement too easily, get disappointed and cranky, but by the time I'm done you'll be very happy you hired me. And not just you, the people out there on the workfloor will be a lot happier too.I don't mind getting my hands dirty (I think it's an integral part of finding out how to improve workflows), I actually like it and take pride in it.I'm used to working project-based, but have recently discovered a need for stable employment and steady hours (office hours if possible).I pretty much live "outside of the box" so be prepared!My specialties are: - Analyzing workflows, making them more efficient, safer and cheaper.- Turning weaknesses into strengths by looking at them creatively- Mastering skills fast (I absorb information after one read and already have a very broad spectrum of interests)- Turning convoluted workflows into something everyone can understand- Translating jargon into understandable, s.m.a.r.t. language
