1. Responsibility for whole production ( PC; Extruded; Baked ; Nuts &Seeds; Potato flakes) providing AOP target execution (dynamics, product quality), productivity, continues improvement and optimization in processes.2. Responsible for providing raw materials for each production cycle3. Controls usage and cost of raw materials4. Support Quality, Food Safety; Health &Safety program execution in production5. Closely cooperates with Maintenance Department regarding maintenance of production lines and Support Kaizen Event in all production area6. Take a part in SOP and Change Management processes7. Ensure Manufacturing capability to support medium and short term sales forecasts, exports, sourcing activities and Marketing/Sales initiatives 11. Coordinate action for Sourcing to other PepsiCo Markets ( PC for Russia, Crackers for WER)12. Trucking monthly performance (DC, Fix and Variable MOH); making COC comparing with AOP or FCST and Close engagement with operations budget holders & finance to ensure appropriate tracking of costs and productivities.14. KPIs tracking and comparing with AOP targets on the weekly level15. Liaise with Logistics, AGRO, Marketing and Trade Marketing, Sales and Finance, jointly resolving product supply, initiatives, costs and/or possible marketing issues. 16. Support OHS action plans17.
