During my employment i have progressed from a clerk to the head of the Project Office department. My work and responsibility as Head of the Project Office department were - project management abroad: communication with employees, project resource planning, organisation and delegation of work in the department, coordination of all logistics activities, preparation of project documentation, business efficiency monitoring, cost control, keeping records and preparing reports, and cooperating and coordinating with all other departments in the company. I also tested myself in the role of managing the Human Resources Department and proved myself very well there as well.
