I am consultant with post-graduate degree from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, entering academic field. I am building upon more than 25 years of experience in project management, capacity building and evaluation in the areas of civil society, social inclusion and social services provision (through programs funded by: USAID, DFID, World Bank) and upon more than 15 years of experience in EU-funded projects and programs.As adjunct lecturer since 2010 I have been teaching two undergraduate courses in Conflict Resolution and two post-graduate courses in Family Conflict Analysis at the Study Center for Social Work, Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb where I am currently enrolled in PhD program. My research interests are social justice and social inclusion on different levels, from community organizing for empowerment of marginalized groups to participatory processes in policy-making.I design and facilitate cooperation, conflict transformation and partnership-building processes; provide mediation services, including international (cross-border) family mediation; and design training seminars for stakeholders and future mediators. Mentoring and training of trainers is my strength and passion.
