Lot of practical experience in parquet and in laminate production, as well in massive furniture production. 14 years of working experience in Tarkett ( 9 years in Serbia and 5 years in Russia), plus 2 years of working experience in massive furniture production.As Research, Development and Quality Assurance Manager in BU Wood I manage the activities of research and development of wood flooring in the areas of development of new raw materials, development and improvement of existing products, reduction of costs and additionally I am in charge of advanced research. I am responsible for the full introduction of new products, improvement the quality of products and control systems for raw materials and finished products, as well as for the introduction and standardization of new and improvement of existing control parameters. I am devoted to establish long-term cooperation with scientific institutions, laboratories and suppliers in order to find new solutions and ideas for new products.Experienced in filed of research and development of wood and laminate floorings (lot of practical expertise in new product constructions, new surface effects, implementation of digital printing technology in wood and in laminate industry...). R&D and NPD projects handled by Project Management and WCM methodologies.
