Business-driven, a goal-oriented and innovative executive with over 20 years of experience in Telecommunications with a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Organizational Sciences and an MBA degree from Cotrugli Business School. I also completed programs at the London, INSEAD, and Harvard Business Schools. I started my career in 1998 at Mobtel, Serbia’s first mobile provider, in several junior financial positions. I have been with Telenor as of 2006, continuing my career in the Finance Department, where I held a number of positions in the Collection and Controlling Area. In 2011 I moved to the Corporate Affairs Department. For 2 years I was also the General Manager of MNNews (Telenor company in Montenegro). Being a multinational and multi-ethnical company, one of the world’s major mobile operators, Telenor offers vast opportunities to empower and create something inspirational for millions of customers and overall society.From 2015 I held the position of Chief Corporate Affairs Officer in Telenor Serbia, where I led Legal, Regulatory, Governmental, Security, Wholesale and Facility Management & Real Estate Departments. I was developing and implementing clear strategies in Corporate Affairs providing consistent leadership, with an exemplary communication stream, developing teams, and individuals.As of July 2019, I hold the position of General Manager of Telenor Montenegro. During two decades in the telecommunications industry, I am most proud of the fact that we managed to keep integrity as a vital part of our business along with developing new services that drive the digitalization of both Serbian and Montenegrin society and make easier people’s everyday lives and the fact that we do the business in the way that is not only right but good – for us and the society.Since December last year, when Telenor Montenegro got a new owner, the Hungarian company 4iG, we have opened a new chapter and introduced a new brand One Crna Gora to the Montenegrin telecommunications market. As CEO of One, I am very proud of the new brand and the opportunities ahead.I strongly believe that telecommunications change the lives of people for the better. And when you do it with passion, which for me is the key driver in everything I do, it is a win-win combination. I would like to continue making an impact on people’s lives, pushing the boundaries in everything I do. And to always do it with a smile.
