In years of experience in the coaching and consulting sector, I've gained experience working with people, designing education, and consulting. I was constantly improving through various communication, coaching, and training courses. I obtained a certificate as a master of neuro-linguistic psychology and HNLP coach. I was developing multiple educations on personal development, transversal and business skills, leadership, and management skills. From 2020 until today, within OAZA's Social Entrepreneurship program, I've led and trained over 150 participants on impact entrepreneurship, some in cooperation with the national and some with international organisations. Through the workshops, participants were empowered through awareness of internal and external resources, adoption of tools needed to conceive a social entrepreneurial idea, and elaboration of a business plan. 80% of participants defined their business idea, and more than 20 opened their businesses,In 2021 I started my own business specialising in producing educational materials for the coaching and training industry.
