Veryable is a marketplace of on-demand labor for manufacturing and warehouse work, which provides businesses with higher productivity and fewer administrative burdens and workers with flexible work arrangements – the ability to choose where to work, how much, and when. In my role as a Web Engineer Intern I:• Enhanced company efficiency through the development of internal dashboards and automated cron jobs for report generation.• Oversaw database maturation through the design and implementation of a custom ETL tool across staging, QA, and production environments. • Expanded platform robustness through the resolution of bugs and the development of features on the application server.• Facilitated user interface improvement through collaboration with UI/UX engineers on aesthetic and functional refactoring.• Established a basis for a robust machine learning infrastructure by initiating database level logging and metadata collection.

Cratejoy is an online platform (YCombinator S13) that enables users to build their own subscription business.In my role as an Operations Intern I:• Executed functional and experiential application testing to identify bugs and optimize user flows.• Modernized store template design through the compilation and presentation of UI research and analyses.• Generated goodwill by owning customer support and replying to support tickets in a timely manner.
