1. Supplier quality management. Ensure Supplier understand and compliance with purchased products' specifications, processes and procedures, test & inspection requirement, acceptance criteria.2. Lead product quality assurance activities including but not limited to FAI and batch product inspection, implementation of quality management system, product review, manufacturing quality and process improvement, aim to ensure stable product supply for global plant. 3. Independently contributes to supplier qualification activities, independently accountable for documenting supplier technical capabilities as part of supplier selection processes, and ensuring supplier quality capability; accountable for purchased product quality through the life cycle.4. Based on the capacity of the equipment and technics, establish the process specifications of the alloy. After the specifications were distributed to the production plants, in charge of the supervision during the implementation of the production process, which includes the melting, forging and rolling, heat treatment, NDT of the steel products. Besides, communicate and discuss with clients to understand the requirement of goods, and establish product and process specifications, based on the clients’ requirement and mill plant's production capacity.
