The framework enabled business users to change every tag on Nissanusa.com and Infinitiusa.com without updating any code. The framework managed over 6500 tags for five different CRM providers, enforced a uniform data taxonomy, drastically reduced development errors and allowed 3rd parties to be easily added and removed from the site.- Co-architected and developed the leads management system. The system delivers all leads from Nissanusa.com and Infinitiusa.com customized to each providers’ format requirements. It ensures leads are never lost, even if 3rd party services experience outages. Lead times were reduced from several hours to < 1 minute. Also architected and developed the notification system to alert onshore and offshore resources for immediate resolution.- Lead back-end architect and developer for Nissan and Infiniti CMS re-architecture project consisting of extensive changes and re-design of the system’s technical backbone.- Sole technical resource for the Nissan Cube Accessorizer iPhone app; responsible for all technical aspects of the project - architecture, UX, code, etc.
