• Responsible for cost tracking and data mining for five business units in the Infrastructure Divisions. • Extracted all cost data from SAP. • Analyze maintenance spends and verify that charges are correct and take action to get costs corrected where deviations are found. • Built and implemented new cost tracking tool that could analyze maintenance spending on weekly basis versus retrospective month end analysis. • Used Excel in order to accumulate and report all costs from various SAP systems as well other financial systems to assess whole financial picture for budget analysis. • Reported monthly budget analysis to Manufacturing Delivery Leader as well as Maintenance Superintendents in order to optimize maintenance spending at a Division as well as Unit level. • Responsible for analysis and reporting of monthly spending forecast at unit level. • Coordinate and assist in the budgeting process for maintenance and operations teams.• Assist in implementation of event based budgeting process. • Duties include field evaluation and estimating maintenance work as well as scheduling work to be performed by in-house maintenance crews and contractors. • Coordinate scheduling work tasks with operations and maintenance supervisors. • Plan work for various craft disciplines. • Order and coordinate material for work to be performed. • Extensive cost tracking and reporting. • Work with division managers to manage annual maintenance budget.
