I became a member of Global Service Delivery Functional Organization. We were solely responsible for revenue generating implementations. I was responsible for designing and implementating new customer rollouts. Planning and executing customer infrastructure upgrades, and customer additions across multiple managed hosting and cloud platforms. - Implemented 10 + customer networks in Microsoft Azure. Created subnets, VNETs (virtual networks), Resource Groups, NSGs (network security groups), VPNs and load balancers. - Worked closely with customers to design and implement network solutions which included deploying dedicated physical high availability firewalls, site-to-site IPsec VPNs, and load balancing. - Worked closely with customers to upgrade or integrate network devices, network storage devices, and servers.

I Supported 56,000 square foot datacenter with 100+ infrastructure network devices throughout the core, distribution, and access layers. Also supported customer infrastructures across Cloud and Managed Hosting platforms each having dedicated network devices and servers. - Datacenter infrastructure firewall software and hardware upgrades. - Datacenter infrastructure switch software and hardware upgrades. - Design and implementation of new customer environments.- Customer infrastructure firewall upgrades.- Customer infrastructure additions.- Customer de-installs. - Interacted daily with customers to work through trouble tickets and changes to their environments.- Modify firewall policies - IP address assignment to accommodate customer requests or infrastructure needs. - Troubleshoot network issues and assist system engineers in troubleshooting system related issues.

Supported HPs Managed Services Network Infrastructure. - Engineered and implemented routing, switching and firewall solutions per customer requests. - Managed and carried out new installations of network devices and their cabling. - Provided troubleshooting support of all issues from server connectivity to WAN connectivity. - Ensured devices were upgraded to the proper IOS as per Hewlett-Packard standards.- Implemented internet connectivity solutions to internal and external customers enabling them access to the internet.

Supported Flexible Computing Services network infrastructure which is HPs Cloud / Utility computing services business. This service provides customers access to dedicated or shared computing resources. - Engineered and implemented firewall rules according to customer requirements.- Administered site to site VPN connectivity - Engineered and implemented routing and switching configurations.- Instituted snmp ping up/down and environmental trap monitoring for environment. Supported network environments of three HP external customers whose computing environments were housed in HP Managed Services Datacenters throughout the US and Canada.

Supported Northeast Corporate Datacenter.- Led network team in design and implementation of 10,000 square foot datacenter expansion using new Cisco technologies. - Design and implementation of connectivity solution for legacy SAP environment running on legacy DEC technology into existing Cisco datacenter environment. - Primary network support engineer for decommission or migration of Northeast corporate datacenter containing 600 + servers and 125 network devices to newly constructed state of the art datacenters throughout the U.S. Maintained 100% uptime to internal and external customers during migration.

Provided first, second and third level LAN and WAN support for the Northeast Corporate Datacenter. - Member of team that designed and implemented 15,000 square foot North East Corporate Datacenter using Gigabit Ethernet technology. - Migrated two Compaq datacenters into newly constructed North East Datacenter.
