This includes developing and executing plans and strategies for continual improvement of PEP events, obtaining event sponsorships, developing event programming, overseeing the production of visuals (including video), communicating with media, coordinating invitation and thank you processes, and proactively managing volunteers and staff before, during, and after events.■ Create print materials for donor, Foundation, and corporate sponsorship meetings to drive engagement and program funding.

Responsible for concept, design and photo art direction of print and digital marketing for the Pier 1 brand. Manage the creative process through all stages to ensure clear, effective and "on brand" advertising that will standout from the competition, and cut through the clutter using color, photography, backgrounds and sets. Work with proofreaders, copywriters and account management team to ensure 100% accuracy of all materials produced. Attend weekly press checks to maintain consistent results of all color output with actual product images.
