Advanced diagnosis of downhole pumps and transmission lines. Maintaining each field on a daily basis. Implement chemical programs for each individual wells and or tank batteries. Build advanced spreadsheets to numerically and graphically track production on a day, week, month and year basis. Maintain and stay up to date with environmental, health and safety guidelines.

Manage the shop on a day to day basis. Implement processes to in crease productivity and efficiency. Establish a comfortable environment for staff and consumers. Resolve complex situations technically and socially in efforts to build loyalty internally and externally. Training technicians and service advisors to better understand there roll for the business. Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel, AutoSoft, and Motor All Data.

Manage operations daily. Supervise production from 26 natural gas wells. Supervise the processing facility (Amine Plant) for maximum sales potential. On call 365 days a year. Understand and keep all environmental, health and safety guidelines maintained. Developing maintenance programs to continually improve field and plant operation with minimal downtime. Developing and maintaining Excel Spreadsheets to record daily production and revenue. Ability to fill-in for lease operators and plant operators when short handed. Manage and organize large projects and handle equipment logistics the project requires. Operate equipment such as standard forklift, telescoping forklift, and mini excavator.

Managing employees on a daily basis. Responsible for the service department and the detail department. Interface with customers and technicians resolve complex situations. Oversee technicians and help with advanced diagnosis. Hiring new employees to suit the need for a growing business. Critique processes that enhance business productivity and efficiency. Managing payroll and budgets for the service department remain profitable consecutively on a monthly basis. Training technicians and service advisors. Continuous organization and cleaning.
