I started working in the refineries at 18 and have worked my way up into management and office positions through hard work, dedication, & determination. I am a self motivator as well as someone who can motivate large numbers of people. I have been successful in running & completing many projects on schedule and within budget. I have ran small hard dollar jobs as well as large turnaround with 80+ people under me. I believe you can accomplish much greater goals through respect of others and persistence. I have learned that people will work much harder and get more done when they are treated right instead of talked down on. I have always done an honest job for the costumer as well as the company I work for. That is something I was taught as a young kid.
