Responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for critical airport systems such as flight information display, baggage handling, and security systems. Oversee system management, monitoring, and maintenance, ensuring smooth operations and swift incident response. Collaboration and effective communication are key as you work closely with IT teams, operations staff, and vendors. Additionally, maintaining documentation, and ensure security and compliance with industry regulations. Beyond day-to-day support, lead new technology-related projects, driving innovation and enhancing airport systems to meet evolving needs and standards.
